SESSION OPTIONS:

~Sundays Mornings – Grades Kindergarten, 1st Year,  2nd Year*, 3rd Grade , 4th Grade , 5th Grade at PGC

~Tuesday Afternoons – Grades 1st Year, 2 Year*, 3, 4, 5, 6 at UGC 

~Tuesday Evenings – Grades 6, 7**, & 8*** at UGC

~Intensives – Grades 6 , 7**, & 8*** at UGC – 

All Intensive registrations are due by June 1, 2026.

Students who participate in the Intensive classes must be able to keep up with the fast-paced instruction and work and may not miss more than 1 class during the year.

 *2nd year registration requires successful completion of 1st year.
**7th grade registration requires successful completion of 6th grade.
***8th grade registration requires successful completion of 7th grade. 

Early Registration is a great help to our office for planning purposes and more.

REGISTER BY JUNE 1st for EARLY Registration discount of $100. Tuition will go up to regular rate on June 2nd.

ENROLLMENT 2026-2027

  • In order to enroll you will need to be a registered parishioner which is connected to your "login" for https://churchofstmary.ccbchurch.com/ (This was shared in the email I sent last week)
  • BEFORE you register, if you are adding a new child and they did not celebrate their Sacrament(s) at the Church of St. Mary, you will need a copy of their Baptismal Certificate/First Holy Communion Certificate - you will be asked to attach a picture of each certificate (if they have celebrated those Sacraments) during the registration process.

  • If you are enrolling more than one child, please select "save and add registrant) after each child.
  • After completing the registration you will be prompted for payment*. Completing the form by June 1st allows you to take advantage of the early Registration discount (automatically applied-no code needed). Regular tuition will be charged beginning June 2, 2026.

 


Tuition increases by $50 on August 15th and Registrations accepted as space allows.

Please note:

  • Payment is now built into registration and must be paid upon registration.
  • Please reach out to Joy Pacheco, Director of Religious Education, PRIOR to registering if you are interested in Financial Assistance or would like to be a regular RE Volunteer/Catechist.

We are registered, what are the next steps?

  • After you have completed your registration you will receive an initial email that acknowledges that your registration has been submitted.
  • A second Confirmation email will be sent once we have processed your registration and placed your child(ren) in a Religious Education class. Please allow us up to 7 working days to process registrations.

Baptismal Certificates are required for all students baptized outside of the Church of St. Mary. 

Tuition is waived for parents who serve as catechists or weekly volunteers; however, they are responsible to pay the Religious Ed fees and a $30.00 book fee per child in the program. For further information and training, contact Joy at jpacheco@churchofstmary.org.  

No child is turned away because of the inability to pay.
